The Company - Graduate Area Sales Manager

This job role includes a comprehensive 8 week training scheme, involving induction, being assigned a mentor, shadowing, technical training and evaluation after which the candidate will be assigned a career path in which to exceed within the organisation.
The Role - Graduate Area Sales Manager
The role is a graduate trainee role, as requires a lot of pro-active and creative thinking. This is a client facing role and the ability to create a rapport with clients whilst remaining professional is a key requirement.
Successful candidates will be able to pro-actively plan and execute duties to a structured and organised routine, as they will be exposed to a variety of tasks business development focused. You will be assigned a geographical territory in which to work from and develop business within. Duties will include;
- Pro-active lead generation and lead qualification
- Client relationship management
- New account development and maintenance
- Training and development, including shadowing and hands on experience
- Centre Ambassador involved in day to day running of the business
- You will be required to attend networking events in order to generate leads off referrals
- Report sales activity to targets
- Involvement in the local business community
- Working closely with Sales Directors
- Progression into an international field based role, visiting clients across the world.
Specific requirements for this position include:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Experience within a similar role
- Efficient and well organised candidate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well both as part of a team and also individually
- Extremely Professional at all times
- Commercially aware
- Personable and consultative, able to handle objections competently
- Excellent presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial and forward thinking

- Due to the nature of the role a full valid UK driving license is essential.
